Why I Started Coalition B
Many people and agencies offer Fractional CMO services, but I’ve noticed something important. These professionals provide guidance on what to do and how to do it, but after working with small marketing teams and directly with Fractional CMOs, I realized most teams don’t just need guidance, they need someone who rolls up their sleeves and works alongside them to get the job done.
That’s why I started offering fractional marketing management services. It’s a much-needed middle tier for companies without the budget for a full-time marketing team. I’m here to fill that gap.
Many businesses know they need a marketing agency and have the budget, but they struggle with finding the right fit, onboarding, and managing the relationship. I’ve been through this process many times, and my goal is to ease that burden. I come in (as the middle woman) ensuring a smooth, effective partnership between the client and agency.
